Evaporated ducted air conditioning throughout plus reverse cycle wall unit in lounge/kitchen, ceiling fan in lounge; WiFi (limited usage) for guests use. Well equipped kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers and Well equipped kitchen 2 fridge/freezers and Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO compatible pods).
