About this property

Our Latania Palms Villa was completed in May 2012 and is since then for our guests to spend a pleasant vacation with tropical flair in Sunshine State Florida.

The south-facing villa is located in the south-west of Cape Coral in one of the most beautiful residential areas, near the Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point marina. Shops are within walking distance. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you have a spacious living area with new, high-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The entrance area, the living area and the kitchen are built in the airy 'Cathedral Ceiling' style. Relax on the large sun terrace with a large, heated pool. Cape Coral is an ideal starting point for golfers and water sports enthusiasts. You will also find tennis courts in the area. All amusement parks in southwest Florida are easily accessible.

The fully air-conditioned villa invites you to relax with its approx. 125 sqm pool area and an 8.50 x 4.30 m heated pool. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination including ice maker, coffee machine and all the necessary accessories so that nothing is left to be desired for you and your family. The villa has been lovingly decorated by us so that you can feel at home.

A gas grill is provided for nice barbecues by the pool. As a privacy screen, the entire pool cage was planted with palm trees.

In addition to 2 dining areas, there is a large living room with 55 'TV, Blu-Ray player for the USA and Europe.

For sweet dreams there is a bedroom with a king-size bed (master bedroom) followed by a master bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet, a guest room with a king-size bed and a guest room with a queen size -Bed ready. The guest area has its own guest bathroom with walk-in shower and exit to the pool.
A 32 'TV is available in the master bedroom and in a guest room.

Great pool!

My wife and I stayed at Latania palm for the month of March 2024. We were visited by our six and eight year old grandchildren for 5 days. The neighborhood is excellent. Little traffic and good for walking. It’s close to Publix and minutes away from many fine restaurants. The manager, Chris, was great. Easy to contact and very responsive. The pool was fantastic. We were in it every day and the kids loved it. We kept the pool temp at 86 for our entire stay, and we paid only $29 in extra electricity charges. The garage was available for parking, unlike many rentals. Here are my nit picks: the tile floor could have been cleaner; ice cubes would get stuck in the chute and drip on the floor if you didn’t check each time you got ice; we had to buy pillow cases for the guest room; living room furniture was comfortable but in need of replacement.

Just the two of us

The house was perfect for us we wanted a place to hang out that was clean and comfortable but also situated where we could go out and move around the Cape Coral ft Meyers area. Chris the caretaker was excellent, courteous and answered all our questions about the area….also two blocks away from a food market within walking distance. Very happy with our rental highly recommend!!

Wonderful House

We loved the house and the area. Everything was clean und it was a very quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and we were able to heat it. Kitchen has everything you need and beyond. We had a great stay.
