1. the management is very strict about noise so please no gathering or music. if the booking for one person only, only is allowed inside.
2. please read about what i provide and don't provide to avoid confusion.
3. please return back the apartment the same i have given to you, otherwise the cost of cleaning service will be charged.
when you agree to all i can accept this reservation.

Dear Guests; I am a very experienced host with over 3000 past reservations on other platforms. I love being a host because what's better than putting a smile on someone's face or when I get to keep in touch with all the interesting characters that have stayed at my accomodation. I am a single woman in business who do everything a lone from ironing sheets to cleaning and decorating.

The apartment is located at a great locations in a suburb near the city and considered Auckland central suburb. near a big supermarket. bus routes walking distance to the train station.
the main people who live in this complex are elderlies and small family that's why we need to be considerate to noise.
