This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR24-R-00103| One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Wonderful and convenient

This condo is in a very convenient location within feet of the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. The condo was clean and had every amenity we could ask for.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place for a ski week with 2 adults! Excellent location the 2nd bathroom was a plus. Very short walk to the Eagle Express Chondala and you can access Starbucks and the Ten Mile Tavern without going outside. We could also easily hop on the free Copper shuttle to quickly reach other lifts or resort base areas. Check in and out was simple. Unfortunately, the rental agent had no control over the hot tub. The hot tub was either not hot or closed for most of our stay and the ski locker won't fit 188 cm skis.
