In the whimsically decorated Living Room (best Christmas condo on the property!), amenities include a Queen Sofa Sleeper, bringing the total accommodations to 6 people, Free WiFi, a cozy Gas Fireplace, a Dining area, TV/DVD and an Outdoor Balcony. The Full Size Kitchen is integrated into the Open Floor Plan. Heated Underground parking complete the grand Amenities offered for guests of this building. Enjoy walking just a short 2-3 minute walk across the Covered Bridge to the slopes of Copper Mountain and to the numerous shops and restaurants in the Center Village. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72665 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Great location. Parking was convenient, and a 5-minute walk to the slopes and restaurants. Yes, it's a bit cluttered, especially in the closets; however, it was easy to work around to put our stuff away.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and the owners provided all of the cookware, silverware as well as had some coffee and spices on hand for that first day's arrival. The unit was clean, the baths large, the gas fireplace was very nice. My only minor complaint were the beds were on the firm side. I slept fine but my daughters complained about the firmness. Beyond that everything was excellent including the building's maintenance staff who were always cleaning common areas and hot tubs.

Copper Mountain was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time despite the accommodations. The beds were the worst beds I have ever laid on in my life. We were not provided with check-in information. So me and my family had to find a hotel for the night. Which was very hard during the Christmas season. When I was finally able to speak someone and tell them about what happened. They were not very kind at all. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Copper Ski Trip with friend

This was the third time I stayed in Passage Point. It is a convenient location with a short walk to center village. The beds were comfortable and the building was quiet.

The property accommodated all of our needs. Clean and roomy, well equipped kitchen. Great location walk to Center Village lifts, shuttle bus out front for trips to West and East Village. Only suggestion is that the bedroom could use some brighter lights on the nightstand for reading.

Great location but cluttered

The unit is in a great location, it is clean and the amenities are nice. The property management company was great! Overall a good condo but the Christmas decor year round is too much - and simply too much of it. There is extra furniture that makes it feel cramped - a hutch for the TV, a makeshift desk in one of the bedrooms and TV stands in each bedroom that are not necessary - TV's could be put on the walls or on top of the dressers. Had a nice stay but will look someplace else next time.

It’s Christmas year round here.

Great location! All of the area rugs were curling and a massive tripping hazard and I wish that they weren’t there. Also the Christmas decor was kinda weird. Especially if you don’t celebrate Christmas and the fact that it’s April. More than anything I wish that the mattresses were better. They definitely felt like the cheapest mattresses money can buy. The pull out couch was annoying bc the living room was so small we had to move everything everyday and put it up and open it every night to make the space workable. Might have been easier w/o the 5 Christmas trees in the condo. Would consider staying again if the mattresses were replaced and the Christmas clutter was gone.

Great location but needs some things repaired

A few things need to be updated: Toilet seat in Master bath, looks gross. Showerhead in other bath only delivers 1/2 of the water flow. The rest of the water flows into the tub. Master bed frame end panel fell off and had exposed nails hidden under bedskirt. OUCH!

Ski break

Overall this was perfect for our needs when taking a ski weekend at Copper Mountain. Best part was location, as busses stopped right in front of building to transport us to other Villages. A few things that could be improved about this unit: Update the decor. The year round Christmas makes an otherwise nice unit look dated. Provide instructions for the fireplace. There was a timer on the side that did nothing. A friend staying in another unit was able to share how to turn on (not obvious) Provide additional towels for the hot tub. We were only provided with four bath towels for four people. Overall a very nice stay- just a few suggestions to improve guest experience.

The location, appearance of building, and pools were fantastic.The unit itself fell short of expectations. Christmas theme year round decor was cheap and disposable. No pantry space for food. Coat closet storing old broken decor.Main bath had toilet seat worn down to actual wood for 40% seat. Easy chair in living room broken and maintenance was informed, leaving 25% of living rm seat unusable. No games but plenty of VHS pool towels.Parking was great.Check in was easy. Laundry was convenient.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit fit us all well. The hot tubs were not working properly, we had to make a call for repair on our 3rd day when they were all 3 cool. The unit was very dusty when we arrived and the board at the end of the master bed that kept falling down was a tripping hazard. For the atrocious price we paid for 3 nights, the unit itself could have been better stocked with more usable items such as a blender and crockpot. There was an abundance of cups, glasses, and frying pans but no room to put our own groceries. One of the ski locker keys did not work in the key hole nor do the window cranks work properly. We did also need to call the number given to us to repair issues with the WiFi.

Great Location, Beautiful View

The unit overlooked the hot tubs and was conveniently located near the bridge to Center Village. This was close to restaurants, shops, and the ski lifts. The view was amazing!! The unit itself felt a bit cluttered with Christmas decor still up (early February), but was well-appointed with everything we needed in terms of kitchen gadgets, cooking supplies, and linens. We appreciated the parking spot in the garage, as well as the shuttle to the (far) parking lot for our second car. We were disappointed with management, however. We had a 2-bed, 2-bath unit and had 6 adults staying. We immediately noticed that one of the toilets (master bath) was clogged - prior to our use. My friend tried to plunge it without success, as did my husband. I called the after-hours number and was connected with someone who told me that because we had a second toilet, that it would have to wait until the next day, and likely not until 12PM or later. Uh, OK... He also suggested that, if needed, we could use the bathrooms on the first floor near the exercise room. Well, what do you know. My husband (graciously) went downstairs to use the men's restroom.. it was clogged too!! It wasn't until afternoon the next day that someone came to fix the toilet. He wasn't there for more than a few minutes when he left, declaring the problem solved. I flushed the toilet (empty) and it flushed. My friend used the toilet and went to flush.. It was NOT fixed. The other issue that I had was that the listing suggests that we can request early check-in and late check-out. As soon as I booked, I received information from the management company that absolutely no early check-in or late check-outs were permitted, across the board. This would have been nice to know before booking. All that to say, we would stay again... knowing there must be a plumbing issue in the building and the cleaning crew will be sitting outside the door waiting for us to leave by 10 AM.

Passage Point Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Passage Point for a week. The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything but just far enough away to have a respite from the non-stop activity. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Copper Vacations was great to deal with. There were just a few items that weren't perfect: 1) The hide-away bed frame was bent and unusable. Maintenance came the following day and wasn't able to fix it. A blow-up mattress was provided that evening which was appreciated and was probably more comfortable than the bed, but it did require blowing it up and deflating it and then having it folded up in the living room along with the bedding everyday which was more of a hassle than just folding it up. But these things happen and we appreciated the quick fix. 2) There were still Christmas decorations on several surfaces. As it's April it is probably time to put them away, but more importantly it took up space that we could have used to put passes/gloves/googles, cups etc on. That meant those things ended up on counters which were limited to start with and it added to the clutter. If decorations were put away it would have helped with keeping things organized. 3) One night other guests were using the hot tub (just outside of the master bedroom) past 10p. They had been having some adult beverages and were loud enough to keep us awake. My wife asked at 10:15 for them to observe the closing time of the tub and they said OK. They were still going at 10:25 when my wife had to ask them multiple times to leave at which time they refused to move. It was loud and not appreciated. Not sure how Copper Vacations can help that, but owners need to make sure their guests are aware of the quite time. Other units wouldn't have have to deal with it but we did due to location.Beyond those items we loved being able to take the lobby stairs to the unit instead of having to wait for an elevator. It really helped. Would recommend it to anyone!
