Could not have been better! Seven females aged 22-82 enjoyed this perfect facility. Great location for anything you want to do in Nashville. Host was super kind and quickly responded to all queries. We loved having the bedrooms on three different floors and sounds didn’t carry. Lots of good dishes and cookware. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I thought it was a very good place. Rooftop is a lot of fun just like being outside. The house had all the accommodations you need. A lot of room very clean. A seven to 10 Uber ride to downtown, which was great. And there was also a place we checked out around the unit like a brewery of pizza place etc. very nice.

Bed in bunk room had a poor mattress. Tons of garbage littered outside but it was from the adjacent property. A little farther from Broadway than advertised. We were not able to use the rooftop deck due to rain but it was nice! Overall great property with ample space for everyone. We love Nashville! Host was great with allowing us early check in!

Great location & lots of room.We had a group of 8 adults. Could have easily accommodated 10-12 people.Each bedroom has its own bathroom.Gorcey stores & liquor stores within 10min drive.About 10-ish min to Lower Boradway.Coffee shop about a block away.

1. Broken fence on the roof (they had storms shortly before we arrived so that is forgivable) 2. Water damage on the 2nd floor3. Fire alarms ran out of battery at 3am with no spare batteries anywhere in the house (needed AA but everything in the house was AAA) so had to make a run to the store at 3am for batteries that didnt shut it up so we had to unplug it but lost a ton of sleep

I would encourage you to take a look at other reviews before basing decisions on this one. The fire alarms at homes do run out of battery from time to time, this appears to be the reason for a scathing 2 star review. My first and only such review in my 7 years of hosting. I had not a clue anything was wrong during this stay as the guest said he "loved the place" upon his check in and spoke no further. I take your stay seriously and the other 99% of my reviews should illustrate this.

I would give Alex and this property 5 stars if not for our 1st night snafu. We arrived in the evening to find the house not cleaned from the previous guests. Super disappointing but thankfully Alex was super responsive and worked out the issue by us staying in the house next door for the first night. It was a pain to have to move 8 people stuff early the next morning but glad to have a solution. The house is fantastic and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is garage parking for 2 cars which was nice. The rooftop patio is also great. It’s a short Uber ride downtown, but we also enjoyed close by East Nashville. Definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Our family of eight had a great time at the Nash Nest! Loved the location and the short trip to downtown. You can even see the city skyline from the rooftop deck! The host Alex was great with communication.
