Welcome to this beautiful 1 bedroom Clearwater condo. The condo is part of a gated community which is conveniently located 5 miles from Clearwater Beach (Pier 60) , 7 miles from Indian Rocks and an easy 30-minute drive from Tampa Airport. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, 65'' smart TV, free parking and a beautiful heated salt water pool. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers everything you need to enjoy your beach side vacation.

Please note:
* Condo administration requires each guest to complete a 1 page called "Short Term Rental Application". The $50 application fee is included in the cleaning fee.
** Security camera present above the front door, monitoring activity outside of the condo in the hallway.

Nice Stay!

We had a nice getaway to the Florida sunshine. Very nice updated condo close to everything. Comfortable bed and the heated pool was a treat.
