Come and relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a grand floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 5 people at ones with sleeper and extra blow up comfortable mattress in a living room with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade mea, and a new Keurig coffee machine. There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

Located 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from St.Peterburg Clearwater airport.

Minutes from one of the top 10 beaches in the world with white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico view, Pier 60, water sports, bike trail, and golf course.

The complex is gated, but there are no designated parking spots, resort style salt water pool, 24/7 fitness center, and clubhouse accommodated with a kitchen to host small parties. Just minutes from bus stop, shopping center with supermarket, and a quick drive to 24/7 Walmart. Also, an American style restaurants is just a walking distance.

Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products.

High chair and pack n play available by request.

Perfect property

We recently spent 30 days at this Avalon property. Ten out of ten stars!!! Magdalena was quickly available for any questions or need. Her priority was our happiness. The location in Clearwater is near everything you could possibly want. Ten minutes from the beach and minutes from great restaurants and retail areas. The condo is modern, clean, well stocked and steps from the heated community pool. The property is surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and beautiful flowers. We feel like we chose the best possible place for our vacation.
