Outdoor blinds on deck and 'Duo' night and day blinds in main bedroom +TV/DVD in 2 main bedrooms- both with slot at the side of TV to insert DVD's. In Lounge area TV with DVD and CD/Radio player, kids games box in cupboard in bedroom (includes puzzles + cricket bats and ball etc.) Large 4 burner BBQ on front deck overlooking beach and water. Bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rails (no bath). Off street parking – room for car and boat, Mooring out front. New modern kitchen has quality saucepans, cutlery and crockery. Microwave, underbench electric oven and gas cooktop, and large fridge/freezer. Automatic Front Load washing machine, clothes dryer and retractable clothes line
