BEACH FRONT BLUE is a 2 bedroom holiday house that accommodates up to 5 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Sit out the front enjoying the stunning views or sit out the back and enjoy the combustion wood fire!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, freestanding electric oven, dining, lounge area with TV, split system reverse cycle air conditioner, views of the bay.

Main bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe and views of the bay.

Second bedroom with built in robe.

Bathroom with vanity, bath and a walk in shower and separate w/c.

Laundry with top loading washing machine.

Outdoor Sitting area with gas BBQ, outdoor lounges and combustion fire (BYO Wood)

Room for the Boat in the drive way.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Beautiful sunrises.we walked to edithburgh on the Walk the Yorke, had dinner at the Coobowie Hotel and used this as our base to explore the Yorke Peninsula.

I think it would be nice if they assessed the type and quality of the some of the saucepans and expecially the bowls like tupperware etc as they are quite discoloured and dirty looking and one was actually dirty and no lids.
