Nice 55 Community

Terry was a great host. Very responsive when we needed him. The home was cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a long term stay. The community itself was very nice. A great pool and lots of things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for my husband & me! This is a pet-friendly community. The home was very clean, our host was a great communicator, and the community was extremely well-kept. We enjoyed the pool, almost daily, as well as morning & evening walks with our dog. Close to shopping. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Hello, and thank you for choosing to stay at 3208 Par Four Place, in The Heritage gated community in North Fort Myers, FL.
This cozy 1200 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home has been in our family since 1988, and has offered us years of happiness and memories in beautiful Southwest FL.
We are thrilled to share this vacation home, and the benefits of the surrounding SWFL area, with you.

What makes this property unique

The Heritage is a large, gated community, with both full-time and seasonal residents. Amenities include free golf for residents, a large heated pool and hot tub, community center with lots of gatherings and activities, free use of sport facilities including tennis courts and bocci ball.

Gorgeous ponds and water features are visible throughout the park, and are often visited by various types of wildlife including waterfowl, turtles and alligators. Enjoy watching our visitors but I’d discourage feeding them.

The speed limit for vehicles in the park is clearly posted, please be mindful of the same.

3208 Par Four Place has recently been renovated and can comfortably house up to six guests. Our vacation home includes a kitchen with full appliances, and a large Florida room (porch) for extra space and on-site laundry facilities.

This vacation home offers a remarkably comfortable and peaceful stay in what I would argue is one of the most beautiful areas in the southern United States. The wildlife, vegetation, weather and options for leisure in SWFL are unmatched this time of year. Please enjoy your time in our vacation home and in SWFL!
