Enjoy your dream vacation in one of our modern apartments on the beach of Cape Coral! Our apartments are individually designed and are located in a well-arranged building complex, which offers you complete privacy.

Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

Apartment Sunset offers a bright, spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. Large window fronts let in a lot of light. From the well-equipped kitchen you can easily reach the dining area or simply enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... The bedroom has a large enough bathroom, with a bath. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. The apartment has a private, screened outdoor area.

The apartment was pretty much as advertised, and is small. It was clean and ready for us to move in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, they were both very nice. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and very nice. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable and there’s only one TV with an antenna in the living room.

The property is clean and as pictured on the site. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked almost every night we were here. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.
