Location is perfect. This home is in Waterloo's Heritage district uptown, and is unique in many ways, but it was built by Seagram's barrel-maker (Cooper), and is in wonderful condition, central to the city and in front of Waterloo's largest Park, only a few homes away from Silver Lake.
