There is no central AC, but the basement stays cool in summer. The unit has a separate furnace and Thermostat so you can control your own temperature 🌡️. Extra blankets are provided for colder days. Noma oscillating fan provided.

Parking:
Reserved parking spot available upon request. Free street parking is available on 97st. Limited front parking is available after 6pm on weekdays.
