Lovely villa in a complex with two pools. House was clean, spacious and well organized. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer combo, had most things needed for a comfortable stay. There are some minor repairs that need to be done to the ceilings, owner is aware and it’s in progress-didn’t affect our stay at all. Loved that there is a small stream in the back, lanai faces it. It also faces Rt.98 but there is not much traffic. The racetrack is close and we were able to see fireworks, and hear some sounds from the track, just during the big Mobil 1 event. Owner was very responsive to all messages. Otherwise such a quiet spot to relax and recharge.

Nice, quiet place to stay

This villa was very comfortable, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The villa had some updating, but there were a few things still dated (the washer/dryer in plain view in the dining room is just as it appears in the listing). Our only issue was a dishwasher that wasn't working and a back door lock that needed to be adjusted as it was hard to lock. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
