The minute we walked in, we fell in love with the house. It was exactly what we needed. My host was amazing, welcoming and available at anytime. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and she was prompt and so sweet to help. We have already decided we want to get this house for next year!!

Thanksgiving get together

Property was very clean. However, needs to have a few things added to the house for guest. No paper towels. Two total rolls of bathroom tissue. No hotpads/ ovenmits in the house.very limited amount of dinner flatware. (5 spoons, four knives and 7 forks).

The home was very spacious. Lots of seating in the living room for all. Two full sofas and a comfy wrap around 1 seat that reclined. We enjoyed having a large table near the front door so we could readily grab things on the way in or out for the day. The smaller table in the kitchen was plenty for our stay to eat at and play games in the evening. The master bed was especially comfortable! I loved the leather rocker in the master bed room. I could sit down to put on shoes or relax in the am or pm. The master bath and closet were spacious. Bath towels were very soft and absorbent. The master bath did not have shower gel when we arrived. I spoke to the host early that evening and shower gel was delivered to our front door that evening. Very much appreciated. I would recommend this house for a family due to seating and multiple tv's. Location is very close the Surprise stadium, lots of restaurants, close grocery stores.

Check in was seamless and very easy. The home was clean and well stocked, even had coffee filters. We were coming for Texas Rangers spring training, and the home was very conveniently located for that plus a wide variety of shopping venues. Except for the extreme outdoor heat, it was a perfect week.
