100-Mile View 1b/2ba Cabin 15 min to Pigeon Forge. Newly Renovated Bathrooms!

Summary:

Possibly the best views in Sevier County, this one bedroom plus loft cabin (2beds total) offers a stunning open layout filled with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy a Keurig, arcade game, pool table, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, and cozy furniture perfect for relaxing. The main level features a master bedroom with ensuite bath. The loft has a sleeping area and full bath, not a true bedroom, plus the pool table. Bathrooms recently renovated with new photos coming soon.



The Space:

Both bathrooms were recently renovated with a luxury finish, with new photos coming soon. The cabin features a beautiful open layout filled with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. The main level offers a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft includes a guest sleeping area, not a true bedroom, along with a full bathroom and the pool table.

Other Things to Note:

The fireplace is turned off from May 1 through October 1. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended from December through April due to mountain road conditions.



An extra guest fee of fifty dollars per guest per night applies after the second guest.

We welcome pets! A minimal pet fee applies and may vary based on the breed and size of your pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can provide the applicable fee and make the necessary arrangements.



The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. If there is excessive mess or extra items beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may apply depending on severity.







Please note that fireworks are not allowed, as they are prohibited within our community.



Seasonal Note:

Because the cabin is in a natural, wooded area, you may occasionally see insects. In the winter, ladybugs are especially common around windows and warm areas. They are harmless, but a few may find their way inside despite regular cleaning. Thank you for your understanding!

Both bathrooms recently renovated to luxury quality (new pictures to come!)
Gorgeous open layout flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has an ensuite bath.
The guest sleeping area is in the lofted area (no true bedroom) upstairs with a full bathroom. The pool table is also up in the loft.
