Featuring a comfy queen size bed sheeted with luxury cotton and down duvet. A large queen pull-out couch offers space for extra sleepers. Take some time to refine your culinary skills with the well appointed kitchen. Don't overpack, your in-unit washer and dryer will keep your clothes clean.

From the time you arrive we want you to enjoy every moment of your stay. We are centrally located in the Brampton Downtown and only a short walk to public transit with lots of frequency to Union Station in Toronto. If you decide to stay local we are within walking distance to an assortment of dining, theatre, parks and entertainment.

PARKING

On arrival, you will have a dedicated spot on our private driveway for your vehicle where you'll be facing your newly constructed 2nd level Garden Suite. We can't stress this enough - it is not a basement apartment! Your Suite is located above our detached garage with its own separate entrance and full privacy with no one living above or below.

ACCOMMODATION

Upon entering you'll notice a nice wide hallway leading you up the stairs to your fully furnished, air conditioned and well appointed Suite. At the top of the stairs you'll be greeted by large windows (including a skylight), high ceilings and fresh modern decor.

Your kitchen is well appointed with modern black design, stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertop and all the flatware, dishes, glasses, and other cooking essentials you'd expect.

Anchoring the space is a custom made wall unit. Turn on the fireplace and get cozy watching your 55 inch high-definition smart TV. High speed internet and a multitude of TV services such as Netflix, Disney and more are available at your fingertips. You'll feel like you're right there in the action with the powerful and spacious sound of the Sonos soundbar filling the room.

The bedroom is separated from the main living area by a half wall. A comfy queen bed that’s sheeted with luxury cotton and down duvet await you! For those that come with an extra sleeper or two the large couch quickly and easily pulls out to a queen size sofa bed.

A lot of thought has gone into making the overall space as roomy and functional as possible. Your bed has storage drawers for extra bedding, pillows, and any belongings you bring. There's a closet to hang clothes and store your suitcase. There's also plenty of hanging space and drawers in armoire at top of stairs.

The bathroom is larger than most and well equipped with washer/dryer, 36 inch vanity and large stand up shower.

POOL (Open from mid-May to end-September)

During the summer months of around mid-May to end-September our backyard with heated in-ground salt water pool is available for your use. Here you can go for a swim, lounge around the pool, use the BBQ, or just relax in the shade of the gazebo.

The backyard/pool area is sometimes used by the host family and is therefore considered a shared space.

SAUNA and FITNESS ROOM (extra fee)

We've recently added an outdoor cedar sauna and fitness room as available amenities with your stay. We realize that these facilities don't appeal to all guests and therefore the use of these areas are available for a small fee. Please inquire with host.

PARTIES/EVENTS

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and therefore do not allow parties or events. The maximum amount of guests is 3.
