Great Stay

We absolutely enjoyed the property and was extremely impressed with the overall cleanliness and ease of booking the home. It was just minutes from the tournament we were in town for and close to anything we needed. Will definitely look to book again whenever we are in town!

Great place!

Great home! Host had lots of little details that were really nice! Well stocked kitchen! Very clean but with it being pet friendly may not be the best if you have allergies (our own fault- very allergic to cats and some dog breeds but our own dog doesn’t bother us).

New home, well equipped, spacious

We had 6 people and there was plenty of sleeping and living space for all of us. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all well appointed and the welcome snacks were a nice touch. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Perfect for our large family!

We were in town for Winter World Series for my 9 yo grandson. The house was perfect - the space was well laid out and worked for our large family. Grace was amazing and super easy to work with. We needed to checkout at a different time and she was able to facilitate that - it helped us tremendously! I understand that's not always an option, but it was this time and was truly a blessing!

Noteworthy Newberry Stay!

If you’re looking for large, beautifully appointed place to stay in the Gainesville/Newberry area look no further!!! Grace’s home is well thought out and has everything in the kitchen you could want or need and more!!! I seriously could have cried when I found a rice cooker, there was an instant pot if needed, and even a really nice Ninja Blender for smoothies. My family was even able to grill some turkey burgers and try to catch the northern lights this trip. It’s a newer development in a super cute neighborhood. It’s pretty centrally located to gas, shopping, UF, and it looked like parks.To note, this stay wasn’t exactly a vacation for us, my family and I were evacuating from Hurricane Milton… Grace was so gracious and flexible allowing us to access the home a little earlier than the check in time. We know it’s not always possible, but traveling with elderly parents and a dog, it made our stay less stressful and easy on everyone and I can’t articulate how grateful and lovely our host was about everything.
