Great location but . . . .
This property location is great. You can walk just past the pool to the awesome beach. That said, I would probably not stay here again. I had to make two requests before getting entry instructions. I have always had these sent without request . When we arrived the towels were dirty, the dishes were not clean and there was open food left in the refrigerator. Worst of all, the main bed was NOT a King as originally advertised (this has now been changed after WE let them know). The Property Management Group did reimburse us one night due to this error. The other main issue with the unit (in a small unit complex) is that there are NO bug/insect screens on the windows. This includes the slat style shutters that when open to get any breeze, basically make it an "outdoor" space. That would be OK if the shutters/windows closed all the way, but many do not leaving it open for insects to get in. I had to kill many spiders, moths, ants, mosquitoes, and even a dragon fly that got through the windows. Ants are an issue if any food is left out. The overall property also had some issues. There were a number of points around the unit that had some obvious dry rot of wood that needs to be replaced and the deck rail was cracked with mold growing in several spots. Although the property managers were responsive, it is evident that this is not a "loved" unit/property. Hopefully issues will get resolved as this would be a fabulous place to stay if maintained and equipped properly.
