About this property

Glamping Tent with Westerly Ocean Views - 1 min walk to beach!

West Beach Resort deluxe Tent Cabins are comfortable, cozy units designed to allow you to enjoy the benefits of camping without the need to bring and set up your own equipment! We offer ocean-view, partial-view, and non-view Tent Cabins. The ocean view units have an amazing west-facing view overlooking the Canadian Gulf Islands. Catch the sunset from your private patio - the perfect end to a perfect day. Each Tent Cabin is a spacious 14x16 feet with a private deck and flower boxes. The canvas structure is elevated on a deck platform and has a queen bed, futon, table and chairs, park-style bbq grill with utensils, firepit, and picnic table. We also include linens, towels, basic toiletries, a bundle of firewood, and matches. There is plenty of grassy space off the front patio for your use. Enjoy an evening of BBQing, then settle down in the cedar Adirondack chairs and make that perfect S’more you’ve been talking about all year long! Ocean-view and partial-view units have power and water outside each unit on a pedestal but no heat. A central light and flashlight are included as part of your arrival kit. Pets allowed in certain units. Our Tent Cabins are a short (30 second) walk to the shower house for toilets, coin-op showers, and a dishwashing sink. 2 night minimum, but call for one night openings as we may have off-booking availabilities. All Tent Cabins are rated for 2 but can sleep up to 4.

Resort amenities include a communal hot tub (not individual to the cabin), on-site cafe and store featuring gourmet Caffe Vita hand-crafted espresso, local draft beer and wine, Lopez Island Creamery Ice cream by the scoop, delicious oven-baked pizzas made-to-order, and a grocery area including beer, wine, pop, and basic groceries. We also have a waterfront seating and bar area, 400' pier and floating docks, 500' prime west-facing world class sand and pebble beach, and seasonal games including ping pong, volley ball, bocce ball, and more. Kayak and canoe rentals available. Busy season offerings include beach bonfire, daily kids' activities, motor boat rentals, and more!

Busy resort during our stay, but the overall energy was good. Don’t stay in the glamping tents if nighttime noise disturbs your sleep. Despite quiet hours, we had to politely ask tent neighbors to keep their noise down at 11:00 pm
Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2025
