Nestled amongst the trees at the end of a quiet cul de sac is this newly built north facing double storey home ready for your family holiday with views of the Lake/Ocean.
Well appointed with the lower level consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, full bathroom (with shower & bathtub) and laundry.
The upper level boasts large living area, dining area, modest kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The full length doors leading out to the private deck for taking in the water views and natural surroundings.
Reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels for climate control.
A short stroll to the town centre, boardwalk, lake and jetties.
