Beautiful house 3BR Golf view,Disney and Legoland
The house is located within the stunning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club complex. Whether with friends or family, the house has all the amenities you need for your stay!Take your coffee in the tranquility and comfort of the netted lanai with a view of the golf course. This is a 24-hour monitored community with a guard at the entrance. You have access to the community pool near by, a tennis court and a children's park. There's a restaurant in the Golf Clubhouse. A short walk to the Walmart and several other shops and restaurants nearby. For lovers of amusement and magic parks, the house is located about 30 minutes from Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld. Legoland is 20 minutes away. You can also go to Cocoa beach or Clearwater beach about 1 hour away.

Driveway Availability: Please note that the house driveway will be unavailable during October, November, and December 2025.
Street Parking: Street parking is permitted and easily accessible. Please make sure to park only where allowed and follow community parking rules.
No Trailers: Trailers and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the community.
A starter kit is provided
- 2 garbage bags per trash can .
- 1 roll of paper towels.
- 1 small bottle of dish soap.
- 2 dishwasher tablets.
- 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet.
- 1 body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream per bathroom
- 1 Coffee capsule for a Keurig machine per guest.
We recommend buying the essentials when shopping for the rest of your stay.
No partys allowed.
No pets allowed.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age.
* There is a doorbell camera at the front door and a security camera at the front of the house.
