As you approach Villa Tropicana, the blue skies and bright Florida sunshine compliment the many palm, lemon and orange trees that surround the home’s exterior. When you enter the villa, a tropical-colored interior soothingly paints the home with a refreshing glow. There are 3 bedrooms (one of them a king suite with a romantic canopy bed), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect place to vacation comfortably and luxuriously.

There is free wireless Internet access, a flat screen TV with a home theater system in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and a game room. Phone calls in the U.S. and Canada are free.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. We particularly enjoyed watching the golfers at the sixth hole and enjoyed playing the course ourselves. A mini treasure hunt is a lovely touch for children staying. Although we did not visit the parks it is simple to reach them from this villa and a wide variety of shops are easily accessible.

This was a great house & location for our visit that included a day trip to Epcot, but primarily we were going to our son's college baseball games in Winter Haven & Davenport. The house was very clean and well equipped for a lovely getaway - it was so nice to have the private pool, which we used daily. Highly recommend!

The AC works, WiFi is good. Host responsive to messages. The house was in a nice gated neighborhood with golf course running through it. My family members played a twilight tee time and enjoyed the course. We came prepared with extra toilet paper based on other reviews but you definitely need to bring your own soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, any seasonings for cooking. We even bought hand towels to use in the bathrooms and towels for the pool. We didn't find the closet with extra towels until the next day. The backyard pool is unheated but warm enough due to the recent heat. The location was convenient to grocery shops and lots of restaurants. The driveway only fits a single car if you come with more than one.

We had a great time and stay at our vacation house. The house was clean and pretty, spaceous and had a nice pool. Haines City is a nice place to stay with lots of eating and grocery shops in the neighbourhood. And close to all the attraction parks.

This property is just as advertised. It is homey and comfortable. The surrounding area was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the game room and the pool. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the treasure hunt. Be aware that there aren’t any spices to cook with so bring what you need for that. We would stay again.

Quite peaceful paradise

Home is beautifully decorated. Pool is refreshing and clean. My whole family enjoyed our stay. We will be booking to stay again this year. We stay in this neighborhood fairly regularly and this was one of the nicer and cleaner homes.
