(Long Term 30+) Enjoy this luxury family-friendly spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view from large windows. Walking distance to the forest and trails, kids playground, soccer field, baseball diamond, Trans Canada Trail. Shopping plaza with groceries, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart & more is just 5 mins drive. Bus stop nearby. Highway 10 mins drive

Huge driveway available for parking of up to 4 cars.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms total.
You will find 4 generously sized bedrooms with Queen beds in each, 2 full bathrooms, workspace with desk and chair on the second floor.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with large dining table for 10 people for a family gathering, office with a large desk and chair, laundry room, powder room, family room with a cozy gas fireplace and smart TV for your entertainment, access to the large backyard. Open space kitchen with large island is equipped with the dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, fridge, necessary utensils and cuttlery, mugs and glasses, plates, regular coffee machine, water filter, electrical kettle, double toaster, pans and pots, spices and other stuff for comfortable cooking.

The basement includes one more bedroom with a Queen bed and access to the full bathroom with a large shower, kitchenette, workspace with desk and chair, treadmill & weight equipment for exercise.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, step stool for kids are provided for your convenience. Please note there is a doorbell camera. Easy check-in and check-out with the automated lock. Please respect the quiet neighborhood, especially in the evening. We put the effort to make your stay comfortable and hope you enjoy it and come back again.

We love it's a quiet family-oriented neighbourhood with the nature within a walking distance. If you love playing soccer, basketball or baseball with your kids - field is just around the corner. Kids playground with the swings is 3 mins walk. If you enjoy biking or hiking - forest with trails is just across the road. You can get easily to Trans Canada Trail and enjoy kms of biking, running, hiking.

What makes this property unique

This house is very spacious for a comfortable stay. Large windows offer lots of light and add coziness. There is plenty of room on each level. We love the layout of the house and its calm and welcoming vibe. You'll enjoy a beautiful view from all the windows. It's a relaxing and very quiet house.
