The Dairy is a beautifully converted barn with a private courtyard overlooking the horses. The dairy is located on our 22-acre horse property. Your stay will be cosy with a wood fire, comfortable beds, quality linen, and fluffy towels. The makings of breakfast are included.
Eggs, bread, muesli, yoghurt, good coffee, and a selection of teas.
Located minutes from the Pakenham racecourse and Gumbuya World, it's the perfect family holiday.

The Dairy is an absolutely stunning place to stay. Georgina was a very welcoming host and has an outstoundung attention to detail. Everything was presented beautifully. Breakfast was also lovely.

Hidden Gem!

5 star is just not enough! We had the most wonderful stay with Georgie and her beautiful animals. The property is picturesque and peaceful and the perfect place to disconnect for some quality family time and R&R. The accommodation itself had everything we needed, the attention to detail and quality was evident making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast of beautiful fresh eggs, bread, yoghurt, muesli, Jams, juice and good coffee meant everyone was very satisfied. The property is very close to Gumbuya world which was a great day out and a selection of local pubs and cafes. Georgie was a wonderful host and our children loved their interaction with her gorgeous horses and dogs that were all incredibly friendly. Such a wonderful hidden gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Was a fabulous stay. Gorgeous styling, huge spaces and plenty for all the family both indoors and outdoors. Lovely and clean and the goodies left in the fridge were such a thoughtful gift.
