The house is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to explore the Dandenong Ranges. There are so many things to see and do in the area, from hiking and biking to visiting the local wineries.

The accommodation was lovely. Perfect for our extended family to have a relaxed stay. We agreed that it would be a good place to return to in the future. The drive to the location was picturesque. The property was faultless . Clean and beautifully maintained. Only downside was check in was after 16:00 then check out at 10:00. We had a wedding at the castle I asked for 1:00 pm check in but not available .

Lovely forest retreat

House was absolutely amazing, photos dont do it justice with how impressive it looks on the inside! Property was clean and welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils which is so handy for a weekend away. Great communication with host and easy check in/ check out.There is no street parking but there was plenty of space for a couple of cars at the top of the driveway. The driveway was a little tricky to manoeuvre and was much easier with larger cars however could be managed with smaller cars if needed.Thanks for a great stay!

4WD driveway!

Three things! Driveway from hell - 4WD & experienced drivers only! Definitely hasn’t been professionally cleaned, ever! Thirdly, one can’t clean it themselves as 1 dishcloth & tea towel for 7 people.
