We had a lovely stay. Very spacious, enough room for our family to spread out if we wanted but gather comfortably together as well. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed our time there. Mai was a great host and made everything easy for us. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication with the host prior to arrival. Check in and general house instructions were clear and accurate. The home has a fantastic view, a great pool and a lot of space to hang out. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property was a great find. Right on the lake with all of the amenities. We were lucky to have use of the pool at the beginning of October which is crazy, the house was exceptionally clean and the host very easy to contact and communicate with. Would highly recommend

Great weekend in wine country

Beautiful space with lots of seating and conversation spaces, perfect for a group of friends enjoying a weekend in the Niagara region. Great communication from our hosts and the place was impeccably clean.

On the surface - this place seems very nice, until you start to notice that it's falling apart and the owners have cut every corner possible to save money. Door handles falling off. Toilets aren't affixed to the floor properly. Faucets aren't attached to the sink. Pool heater broken. 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 3 night stay for 7 people. No firewood for the firepit. Not enough towels for number of guests to shower. No pool towels. Coffee only available in the storage room which we had to dig for, rather than having it available in the kitchen as expected. No condiments. No BBQ. Arms on chairs by the pool broken. Master bathroom shower has one temperature - scolding hot. For the nightly price charged by this host, I would have expected much more attention to detail and a far higher level of care for amenities. I would have been more generous in my review had the host not became incredibly rude when we were discussing the issues. Overall, this stay was not worth 1100/night.Positives: pool is very nice if the temperature allows. views from the firepit. large and spacious with multiple bedrooms and seating areas.

However, several statements in the review do not accurately reflect the property or our efforts to maintain it. We were particularly disappointed by comments that the property is “falling apart” and that we have “cut every corner possible.” We invest significant time and resources into keeping the property well maintained and providing the experience represented in our listing. We also regret that our communication was perceived as rude. We always try to respond to concerns objectively and address issues when they are brought to our attention. We appreciate the positive comments about the pool, views, space, and layout, and will continue working to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

Great house with great view of Lake Ontario

Fantastic large house with lots of space to spread out. The check in process was very easy and our host was very responsive. We were very happy with how clean the house was. We had short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. We didn’t realize the home was very close to the QEW, which made travel easy, but added some road noise. The view of the lake was spectacular, especially at sunrise. Our favorite parts of property were the pool and the sunroom. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Most wonderful lakehouse christmas

This home is exquisite, so beautiful and clean, lots of space for a large family and is equipped with everything. The view is breathtaking from the master bedroom, kitchen and sunroom overlooking the lake. The home is well kept, clean and tidy like a five star hotel. My family and i had a wonerful, enjoyable and fun christmas get togeher, thanks Mai. We will definitely be back and this place is highly recommended. I do have one recommendation though, blinds are curtains can help to keep the home warm, especially in the winter months. It was a little bit cold there.relaxing

Highly recommend! This place is just as it appears ... beautiful inside and outside. The views were amazing and the large fire pit was excellent by the water. An entire games room downstairs and plenty of space all around. 10/10 place and we would love to come back!

The house was exactly as pictured. The checkin process was seamless and the property was clean. The views from the sunroom were amazing and the host was very easy to communicate with! The ice machine in the fridge did not work as the grass was long but otherwise the pool was very clean and property was well maintained.
