The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Treat home with respect & care. Air out bathrooms reg. Turn off A/C, heater, all lights & appliances incl. TV when leaving the house, even if just for a short time. Close windows & doors during use.
Dispose of trash properly. Trash needs to be put out on Monday night for Tuesday collection on the right hand side outside the gate. Adhere to quiet hours (10pm - 7am).
To book with/ a rating we ask for a copy of guest's ID. Host takes no liability for cars parked on the lot or any injuries occurred from improper use of house, garden, lot or negligence by the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never share the door and gate codes with anyone else but the guests on the booking.
Owner is not liable for injury or damage to persons or cars from misuse, negligence, or substance use. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
Subletting any part of the property to anyone else is strictly prohibited. No firearms, weapons, knives or fireworks anywhere on the property.

The closeness saves a lot of time for enjoyable activities and relaxing in the gorgeous home on this quiet street.
