Modern 2-bedroom suite - Cozy vibes & Great Location.

First of all, did you ask for a washer and dryer and didn’t see one? there is a washer and dryer in the suite, previous guests have used this upon request. Secondly, there’s a newly installed HVAC system in this suite and temperatures are being monitored and regulated according to guest’s requirements. Did you ask about the temperature and didn’t get a response. We left messages upon messages to make sure you are comfortable and if you needed anything else but never responded. This guest and his bunch of friends are the dirtiest group I’ve ever hosted in my suite. I’m not sure how Vrbo vet their guests but these were a bunch of teenagers that gave me a complete nightmare as a host. Worse guest I’ve ever had to deal with. Left my suite with remains of drugs, alcohol, broke our chair and poured alcohol all over the carpet. Took hours and hours of cleaning to get rid of all the smell from all the smoking they did inside the house after making it clear it was a non-smoking suite. Oh, let me not get started at how they littered the front of the house and the aimlessly walking in and out, round the clock that neighbours had to complain severally. Smoked inside the house and left the suite in a complete mess. I never want to have any guest like this ever again, this has been my worst experience since hosting and I just kept counting down to them leaving.
