PERFECT for family, couples or just you! It's located in a phenomenal area, so much to do! - walking distance to El Paseo shops/restaurants, hiking trails, pickle ball, The Living Desert! Scenic walks/biking surround the area, you'll love it if you're an active person, but if you prefer a book, pool chair and soft music playing on the Sonos this place is for you too! The huge outdoor living space is just WOW!! Very private on all sides to relax by the pool, barbecue and watch the sun go behind the mountains at sunset from the hot tub! A beautiful home inside and out!

The home was very clean, very well equipped and maintained in a fantastic central location with easy access everywhere including several golf courses. The home has a great functional layout at is warm and inviting and the mountain views are a bonus. We stayed for 2 weeks in December and enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend this home and Lisa our host is a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for sure!!!

Beautiful, well-appointed house

We loved our stay at Mediterranean Palms. The house was very much as advertised, clean, well-appointed and in a fantastic neighborhood. The decor was perfect and the finishes were well done. The kitchen had brand new appliances and was very well stocked. Great pool. By far, the best rental we have stayed in

Perfect Palm Desert Gem

This home is gorgeous and practical! Great for families. We LOVED the pool! The poolside views are amazing. Absolutely fantastic outdoor space! Very private and relaxing. The outdoor space alone is enough but then there’s the inside of the home to enjoy in the nice cool air conditioning. Clean, well appointed and equipped. Everything you need at your finger tips. Every detail was considered. Home is equipped with an alarm which is nice but the neighborhood is quiet and serene. The host is extremely responsive and hospitable. Everything was taken care of for us!Perfect location to shopping and dining.I could go on with positive things to say about this property. Highly recommend!
