Welcome to THE Rancho De Las Palmas House!

We have thoughtfully re-designed this home from top to bottom!
You should expect everything BRAND NEW - no miss matching pillows or coffee cups :).

Located right on golf course, on the 7th fairway of the south course of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, enjoy stunning mountain and golf course views from our enclosed sun room or playing the 3 holes putting green wright on our patio.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths this home is perfect for any get-away - a couple’s retreat, golf trip, friends and family get together, family with kids that love splashing at the Lazy River, tennis/pickle ball tournaments.

The house is 3 minutes walk to the famous Lazy River at Splashtopia at Omni Resort & Spa and brand new Conchilla Pool. On weekend nights you can listen from our patio to the live music Blu Ember restaurant @ Omni has to offer. You can walk up with a glass of wine and enjoy their fire pits, live music and great atmosphere.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is ready for entertaining. Everything you need and more, for cooking - you can find them in the drawers.

We will be back!

This property does not disappoint. It is beautiful and centrally located and the hosts are awesome. It is even better than the pictures. Our family loved our long weekend in this comfortable and well equipped home. So much to do and we were so well taken care of! They have thought of everything. Communication with Bill and Irina was simple and timely. We had a last minute scheduling conflict and needed to adjust the trip one day and they were so great to work with. So close to Splashtopia, shopping, restaurants and swimming. We are already talking about when we can go back.

Beautiful home, perfect spot!

We visited for a week of Spring Break and had a wonderful time. This property is truly perfectly located. We enjoyed the fairway views, proximity to a variety of pools, hot tubs, and the nearby hotel amenities like the restaurant and Splashtopia. We had a rental car with us but enjoyed the quick walk to Ben and Jerry’s at the River. The condo itself is impressively and luxuriously renovated. (We have a second home we rent and we were taking lots of notes!) There’s plenty to do nearby but you’ll be relaxed and comfortable hanging out all day if that’s what you want to do. Our teens loved staying there, made good use of the games, and the bunk room was a hit. We were just there by ourselves but I could easily imagine two couples with four younger kids between them really having fun in this space. Irina is an excellent host and we really appreciated her friendliness, helpfulness, and generosity. Perfect vacation - 10/10!

The home was wonderful! It has everything you could imagine for an absolutely marvelous Holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. Perfect for children, my grandchildren were in heaven. Great Setup For Families Or group Trip

The property was perfect for our group tennis trip. Modern renovations and all the additional touches around the place were great. Lots of “toys” for adults or kids alike including putting green, scooters, electric skateboards, and golf cart make getting around Ranchos Las Palmas a breeze. Variety of pools to choose from. Would definitely come back and stay with the family too.

Memorable stay at Casas de Las Palmas

Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers just returned home from a wonderful stay at Casas de Las Palmas. The property is as advertised. Beautifully decorated and equipped and very family friendly. The grandkids enjoyed Splashtopia and the many games provided by the hosts. Bed linens , robes and towels were particularly comfortable. Having access to the golf cart and scooters was a bonus! One of the nicest VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. We will be back.

Irina was born in Romania (Transylvania County) and Bill born and raised in Orange County, CA. Currently live in the OC with our 2 beautiful boys. We've always loved the desert and that is why we built this house for all of us to enjoy. We make the perfect team and we designed this home to be stylish, fun, kid friendly and comfortable. We love being able to share our home with family, friends and travelers from around the world.

Every chance we get, we love to escape to Rancho Las Palmas. Be it splash into the Lazy River, play tennis / pickleball or a round of golf right in front of the house. We have created a unique place for our guests to get away and unwind in a more relaxing way than any hotel chain offer.
