This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. The entire place was filthy and there were dead bugs everywhere. The floors were so terrible, the water in the tub turned black. I had to buy flipflops to wear in the house. After contacting the owner about several issues they sent someone to give me new sheets and towels because the ones on the bed had definitely been used. They were black and there were white stains that resembled semen. My bath towel was damp which left me wondering if someone else had used it. EWW! I sent the owner pictures of several things that needed cleaning. The girl that brought the sheets and towels was supposed to clean but instead she accused me of raising my voice and told the owner I asked her to leave, both of which were not true. After that the owner did not respond to my message. The upholstery was so stained I couldn"t make myself sit on it.
Bugs. So many bugs everywhere. Thankfully, they were dead.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The home is professionally cleaned and documented after each stay, and when concerns were raised, the cleaning team returned promptly with fresh linens and to address reported issues. - All sheets and towels are cleaned between guests, and additional replacements were provided during your stay to ensure you had what you needed. - Cleanliness and comfort are a top priority, and inspection processes are being reinforced to ensure consistency prior to arrival. - We are also reviewing communication practices to ensure all interactions are clear and solution-focused. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
