We are disappointed to receive such a negative review, particularly given the actual condition of the home at check-in and our efforts to address concerns throughout the stay. For future guests, it is important to note that this home is professionally cleaned between every reservation and has hosted many satisfied guests. The photos and videos provided primarily showed scuff marks on white walls, which can occur in high-traffic vacation rentals where guests regularly move luggage and suitcases throughout the home. While we routinely maintain the property, it is simply not realistic to repaint walls between every stay. Many of the more serious claims in this review, including allegations of food on walls, dead bugs, and widespread cleanliness issues, were never brought to our attention during the stay. Had concerns such as these been reported, we would have gladly sent someone to address them immediately. When concerns regarding bedding were raised, we remained in communication and promptly arranged for replacement linens to be delivered as a gesture of goodwill. However, the guest had also requested that no one enter the home without authorization. To respect those wishes, items were placed in the garage, which is a secure space separated from the living areas by an additional locked interior door. We always strive to resolve guest concerns and provide excellent hospitality. Unfortunately, in this instance, despite our efforts and accommodations, it became clear that no r
