The bright and airy living area with a convenient kitchenette flows seamlessly out onto a private outdoor area. Enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Papamoa Hills whilst enjoying a bbq or some sundowners. The comfortable bedroom with a queen bed is perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf, and the sleek bathroom offers a refreshing space to recharge.



The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances for your convenience, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a versatile air fryer. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a light meal, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please not there is no conventual oven or stove top.



With beach access only minutes away and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby, this holiday rental has everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay.

Exactly as the photos and write up. Very clean and lovely unit. The driveway is very narrow and long which might be an issue for a bigger vehicle. Location was okay. Overall it was a really good stay and the host was excellent.
