- This 2-story home requires exterior stairs to enter. While 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the living room and other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance, 1 camera is located at the back exterior stairs facing the stairs, 1 camera is located on the shed facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located at the driveway facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
- Linens and towels are not provided at the property. It is recommended that you supply your own
- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 5 days prior to arrival. Same-day registrations are not allowed
- If registration is not completed, the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association will not allow the guests to enter the community. Registrations must be completed in this timeframe for Arrowhead to allow guest access
- Guests must provide their direct email address to the property owner ASAP upon confirmation of booking to ensure that registration information is fulfilled promptly. The Association must receive the guest's email address so the guest has the correct access information

Last Minute Getaway

We booked a last minute trip the week before. The Host called me right away to make sure he could get all of our info so he could get it submitted to Arrowhead to avoid their late registration policy. Once that was done everything else was a breeze. We had a great time and everything was perfect. The house was spotless, The hot tub was perfect at night to unwind. And even though it was still a little chilly at night, the fire pit was a hit and kept everyone warm while we hung outside enjoying the quite surroundings.we already picked dates to come back before we even left. We are even hoping to make a trip in the winter for some skiing.

This house was perfect for my family. There was a pool table, Arcade games, Board games and other things in the house to keep them more than occupied for the couple of rainy days. Then when it cleared up we all enjoyed the Pools, Hotub, Beaches and the lake. The house was very clean and well maintained. The host responded within minutes almost everytime we had questions and never seemed bothered no matter how many times we message him before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We read all the reviews before we booked, and laughed and some of the ridiculous complaints. The host was available for us our entire stay and anything that we needed he made sure we had. I would stay here anytime and will be booking again for future trips.

Our family loved the house, everything was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was great for night time after a long day to just sit and relax. The kids had a blast roasting marshmallows and making smores on the fire pit. We will definitely be back again. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions.

The house was everything listed and more. We had a great trip the owners were very responsive with any questions. There were plenty of things to do at the house as well as around the community. Everything in the house was neat and clean when we arrived and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Cant wait to come back again.

Not what we expected in a bad way. In all the years of renting B&B never heard of no linens or towels. It is buried near the bottom so shame on us for not reviewing better.But the property was also very poorly maintained. Felled trees all over, leaves all over the deck and the deck itself was in poor shape. Additionally almost none of the amenities like the pool table and video games were usable. The hvac was not working in one of the bedrooms. Lastly the instructions better Vrbo, the website and the host were anything but clear if not contradictory.The hot tub was the only thing I could say was on par with expectations. *after having to get our own towels

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here.The welcome center provided an extra layer of exploration to spark our curiosity with its family lounge and game room.I liked the property's layout and thought the living room was awesome which included arcade machines, pool table, and an elevated view.

Great family get away

Weather didn’t cooperate for skiing but that didn’t change our mood! 2 families coming together for a family weekend and this house served us well from having different spaces for us to hang out, things to do and was very clean. We have rented many different homes and this was our favorite so far! We played pool in the upstairs rec room of the home, had a puzzle going all weekend on the dining room table, played cards and had plenty of room to prep our meals. Older kids used the hot tub and liked that option very much. Beds were comfortable too, something that is very important to us. We Even brought along our 4 legged family member (a little bichon poodle) and we could take her for walks in the community. Highly recommend!

Christmas break

My mother and I stayed with 4 teen boys and one younger son. There was plenty of room to spread out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The only down side was that the kitchen and living space are on separate floors of the house so that was a little different. Overall great time and the boys enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks!

Fantastic mini vacation

This was the perfect place for mine and my brother’s families to vacation together. Roomy kitchen counters for me to cook for everyone, awesome family room with games and seating, and plenty of space for us to split up if needed! I loved having the Queen bedrooms on both floors so both families could keep their own kids next to them at night! The owner was so quick to respond from the time of booking even up until the moment we messaged him upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this home to rent for a vacation.

Great lodge

Overall we had a great time and experience here. Pricing was fair, and the amenities were as advertised. The fire pit area was large, and plenty of room for the kids to play around. Having the deck and grill was very convenient. It was very clean on the inside, kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking and grilling which was convenient. The heated pool was within walking distance, only about 1/4 mile away. Beaches and lake water were very clean. My only complaint was that we were looking forward to using the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. Someone was there changing out the water, however when we turned on the jets & heat pump the water turned green, so we were unable to use it, which was a bummer. Altogether we were satisfied and left relaxed. We would definitely go back.

One of the best vacations

This home was one of the best locations we have stayed while visiting the Poconos. Arnie is great with communicating and assisting you with any questions/concerns. Arnie sent me a list of events for the week that the kids and I could do while we stayed. The check-in and check-out was very easy. The location of the house was great, close to the beach and pool. All the neighbors welcomed us and were very helpful too. We will definitely be back next summer!

Very nice getaway in the Poconos

Arrowhead Lakes is a very nice area. Rules are a little strict but that helps keep it nice. The place was just right for our small group and the hot tub and fire pit were relaxing. So much fun riding around in the golf cart and on our bikes. Lake is great for kayaking and stand up paddle boards.

Great stay

After reading a negative review from a previous renter I was somewhat wondering how the house would be for my family. I was very pleasantly surprised that the overall condition and the amenities that went with it were great. Having the use of the golf cart was a big plus and it was hard to get my 16-year-old granddaughter off it. She did most of the driving (with adult supervision of course!). Minisink pool was less than two blocks away but unfortunately we only got to use it one day because of all the storms that came through that week. Overall I would rate the stay at 34 excellent.

Poorly Maintained Rental

The photos and low listing price really help sell anyone on this home, but they don’t accurately represent what you're getting. For the price, be aware of the additional linen fee that is charged and member fees which the owner requests via Venmo. The community center informed me that these fees were not legitimate to begin with and I assume that’s why they were requested via venmo. Property conditions were much worse than the listing’s photos. The hot tub water was yellow and had a film over water. We checked and found no chemicals in the water either. The linens you pay extra for are just paper thin sheets and 1 towel per person. One bed had blood and other stains all over the mattress. The pool table is constantly on an angle, and on wheels, so it’s pretty useless for actually playing pool. Overall, it’s clear that only the bare minimum is put into maintaining this property. After our stay, the owner claimed he could have resolved the hot tub issue had we notified him, but this was impractical because we were only there for 3 nights and didn’t see the tub problem until the last night. If you dare rent this place, I highly recommend checking everything and notifying the owner immediately if you have the same problems we did.

Cozy and Spacious

This property was great for a bonding trip with friends. There was enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. Arnie was responsive, nice, and very accommodating. Property was clean and there was entertainment and even a list of what to do nearby. I would definitely want to rent this property again in the summer to be able to enjoy the other amenities that were included. Overall, great property and amazing host.
