Our 2100 sq ft elevated mountain retreat boasts the following:
• Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

To access the condo, you will need to walk up a flight of stairs. There are 2 additional flights within the unit, so it may not be suitable for some guests.

We had an incredible stay at this property for a week in January. The condo was spacious enough for all 7 adults to sleep and hang out comfortably in the living areas. Also the proximity to the mountain and other attractions is very ideal. ~3 minute walk to the silver star lift and the bus stop to other areas is right at the top of the street. The house was clean and well maintained and Heather / Beau we’re super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend." - Morgan

Very nice, clean and convenient ski condo. A short walk to the Silver Star lift, which fortunately opened for the first time this season on our first ski day. Condo was roomy and comfortable for us, a group of 4 guys, plus a few meals with another 4 who stayed in a nearby condo. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Huge TV! 1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect size for two families of four, very clean and great location to the mountain. We can’t wait to return in the future.
Enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for the whole family to spread out - the Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Quick drive to PC Mountain - and the teens easily figured out the bus which was a plus for me! Close to everything but still secluded enough for privacy.

Roomy condo in great location!
Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay! The condo is spacious with plenty of bathrooms and in a fantastic location. We are hoping to come back next year!
The property was clean and well equipped.

The property is very well located - right on the bus line between the slopes and the town. Everything needed for the stay could be found in the condo. We had plenty of room, the TV worked great for relaxing after skiing, the kitchen was complete, and Netflix and Amazon prime were available. We would gladly stay there again if we returned to Park City.

Great spot for our family
We definitely all enjoyed our stay at your condo this past week. It was beautifully maintained and the communication was great. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and the hot tub was clean and very much enjoyed by all! Thank you and have a great rest of your season!
PLENTY of room. It was clean and I had a King bed ! We loved the TV Kitchen area...I didn't go upstairs but my adult son said it was lovely and would like to return with more family!
Great location close to Silver Star lift and Beau was very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub was a nice amenity! We stayed with 8 adults and it was comfortable, but we couldn’t have fit more people. This unit might sleep 12 including some children but probably not 12 adults. We would definitely come back next time we’re here to ski!

Payday Getaway Exceeded Expectations
Great central location, plenty of room to spare with family of 5, quiet, summertime fun. No issues. Hot tub was perfect. Located on golf course. We would gladly rent again in a minute. Thanks for the easiest rental experience in the world. We will be back!

Short walk to elevator and then lift right when you walk off elevator—super easy!! Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was great after skiing. Home was accommodating and updated. Beau helped with delivery of groceries and baby equipment. Everything was there when we arrived. We very much enjoyed our stay.
The condo overall was good. There were things that had not been addressed before our arrival. I expected from the previous reviews that the unit would have been cleaner. The rugs, bathrooms, mirrors and floor could have been cleaner. It is in good proximity to the Resort Venter for adults but with smaller children it was not the best.

Amazing Ski Condo
This condo is perfect for multiple families. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and never felt crowded. Very clean and close to the slopes. Stay Luxe property managers were quick to respond with any questions we had. My only complaint would be the parking. While you get two parking passes, the spots are first come first serve. This became an issue for us a couple nights and we had to park pretty far from the condo. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
Dealing with VRBO for another rental property in Park City that had to be cancelled was a nightmare. Getting a refund took more than 2 months after many emails, phone calls And a lot of aggravation

First time to Utah and we found this condo to be very conveniently located. Beau was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Great free bus system and so much nearby. The bedding is SO comfy and it has everything you need in the kitchen. Very clean and we were able to check in a little early.
My only complaint is the condo doesn’t have AC. We are from Maryland where everyone has it! We came in August and upon arrival the 3rd floor was 83 degrees. Thankfully it does have 3 portable AC units which we used during our entire stay.
Overall I would highly recommend this place. The city is clean, friendly, walkable and has so much to do. Gonna miss it!

Unfortunately, most of the homes we manage are homes that were built at a time when A/C wasn't a necessity here in Park City. As the climate has changed, we are now trying to retro fit these properties with portable A/Cs for the comfort of our guests.

We were disappointed to see that Kenneth did not enjoy his recent stay with us, and we truly wish that he had reached out during his stay to let us know that he was experiencing issues, as we take great pride in taking care of our guest's needs when they communicate them to us. In this case, we were completely unaware that he needed anything or was unhappy with anything. Unfortunately, he also did not communicate with us that he needed the sofa sleeper made up upon arrival. We don't make it a practice to have the sofa sleeper set up when our guests arrive. It is important to note that we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which we have found to be a reasonable amount for most of our guests. When guests reach out to ask for more, if it is within reason, we are happy to provide a few extra rolls. We do wish that Kenneth had reached out to let us know his needs. As our previous reviews show, we are always happy to help when asked.

Park City Townhouse
The accommodations and location was perfect for our family of 11. My only negative was tit was difficult regulating the heat. The bedroom on the top floor was too warm and the one on the first floor was chilly.. Otherwise it was a great 5 days.
We stayed 5 nights, from Saturday until Thanksgiving day . The property was very nice and very close to Park City Mountain Resort There was Plenty of room for our family of 5. Overall the furniture and beds were very comfortable . The TV was new and had adequate channels without using streaming services . There did seem to be some dead spots with wi-fi in the house , so a couple of additional wireless extenders or access points might help, Especially in rooms where you are using streaming services. There were some issues with the plumbing making noises that would prevent you from relaxing/ enjoying the stay, so I contacted VRBO the next morning after check in ( this is a requirement BTW if you have issues w/ a rental) The Property manger then called me and began trying to find a solution . He gave me guidance on things I could do that might alleviate the problem.
These worked briefly but the sound came back. He offered to move us to another nearby house but the unit would have to be cleaned first . We had already unpacked and did not want to move unless the noise was just absolutely unbearable. In the end I was offered a discount for my stay due to the issues we encountered, without even having to make that demand. I feel the discount was fair and reasonable. However, Communication with the person that was to issue the refund was not professional as they never responded to my email asking them how much the credit to my card would be and how that amount would be determined. To be clear, This was a different person than the property manager , who was very attentive to our concerns and easily accessible by phone and text msg. I did receive the credit to my card for my troubles. As long as the issues with the plumbing are resolved and the pipes no longer make loud noises , I would stay at this property again. The outdoor hot tub worked and was very relaxing and had good privacy features .
Also parking seemed good/ adequate, but might be different during peak seasons. Final thought- this is a great property with a good location and nice interior appointments .
