Delightful Stay

Three high school girlfriends joined me for a getaway. We had a lovely time in Pawleys Island, and this condo was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and well-equipped.

The place was very nice, very comfortable, very well located. Everything is close from it, great food, restaurants, golf. The condo was very clean and the company who managed it, was very approachable. Happy to share that I had no need to connect with them during the time we were there, other than to ask for basic and very small things. I can't wait to go back again

Great get away spot

We had a wonderful stay at 74C. The location is perfect- the beach is less than a 10min drive, lots of choices for restaurants. The pool/ hot tub & golf on premise were a bonus! The condo had well appointed amenities, the beds were comfortable and has been newly updated. We enjoyed the privacy of the screened-in balcony. There was plenty of space for our family’s visit. We highly recommend staying at this unit. We are already planning a return trip!
