Easy to follow instructions. Instruction easy to find. Both sent to and physical copies onsite.Immediate neighbor doesn't know what street parking is. Thinks she owns the street. Or is is some way entitled to the road infront of her property beyond driveway access. Could be a bit of an issue for guests to deal with. Bumped into her when I was leaving.
