It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area.
There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys.
The Grange Golf club is a 5 min drive away.
There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage.
I have Telstra premuim for your Wifi.

I'm Adam , I have lived locally all my life but travelled all the over the world. I'm a pretty easy going guy with a young family , love to hit the beach and hang out with good people enjoying great food.

Why they chose this property
Grange is a great place to visit. I'm walking distance to the Grange Beach which has cafes, a couple of great coffee spots ,some restaurants and the Grange Hotel.
It's a 5 min walk to the train station which is a 20 min ride you into the city.
Henley beach is about 25 min walk or 5 min drive which a number of food options.

What makes this property unique
My place is a modern 4 bedroom place which is very open and allows plenty of room for entertaining and can host a large number of people comfortably.
