Henley Beach Hidden Gem Home Across from the Beach

Inside you will find a Fully Furnished Home located between Henley and Grange Jetty with the Beach Across the Road, at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Panoramic Hill views from the back of the home and all that is needed to enjoy your stay Including all linen and beach towels.

Double glazed windows at the front of the home that are able to be opened to enjoy the fresh air.

3 Bedrooms with a Sunroom off one of the Bedrooms. Each Bedroom has a comfortable Queen beds and the 4th Bedroom/Sunroom has two single beds.

The 4th Bedroom/Sunroom is a small room that has steps up and runs off one of the bedrooms with low ceilings. This room has floor fans/heater if required. This room is more of a children's room.

The home has Free Unlimited WiFi, Netflix with internet Tv's in each of the main bedrooms plus the family room.

Ideal for a company home, family, business trip or 2 couples wanting to enjoy what the beach has to offer.

It's in a great location with a small Webber BBQ on the balcony overlooking the hill views.

The Home has a Daikin reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the bedrooms and kitchen with a split system Daikin system in the TV room.

A very secure home with a secure backyard and remote control garage access and a visual intercom door bell.

The home has roller shutters at the front of the home, making the home very secure once the garage door and roller shutters are closed at night.

Pets are welcome to help enjoy your stay.

Great location and beautiful space

The place was very spacious and lovely. The location is great, just a few minutes away from all the shops. My family loved it, even though we only stayed for one night. It was a quick stay, but overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Pet Friendly Accommodation

Had a week at the property and enjoyed every minute of it. Relaxing and spacious and brillient for our dog with the beach only metres away. Highly recommended, even in winter!

Fantastic house in super location

We have now tented the house three times, and it's like our home away from home....love it!The house is located in walking distance to both Henley and Grange, and both areas have nice restaurants and shopping opportunities.The new garden furnitures in the house makes it VERY useful when the wind on the beach is too much.

A great place to enjoy Adelaide with family or friends.

This was a great home to enjoy spending time with friends, lots of room to sit and lounge, or around the table inside and outside. Accommodated five adult friends very comfortably. It's very close to the beach so its great if you love to walk in the sand or swim.

Great location, very homely property. Mary has setup the property to have everything you need as if it’s your own home. Mary was very accomodating with any requests and has great communication. Highly recommend this property.

4 adults. Close proximity to beach, dining and golf clubs. Warned by owner that 4th bedroom (2 singles) comes off another bedroom. Not obvious from listing but fine when we knew what to expect.

This home is clean and adequate however for older people, we found the home a bit unsafe with the stairs as one of toilets was in the downstairs laundry. Overall a clean, tidy home.

Beautiful house with great location

The house at Seaview Rd. 358 is simply great with regards to location and perfect size for 4 grown-ups. We stayed at the house for approx. 3 weeks and everything worked as expected. We will for sure rent this house again next time we visit Adelaide.

Everything you need to relax

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Everything has been thought of by Mary. The location is great. Close to henley beach shops but not too close to get the night time noise, and just a short walk to beach. Great airconditioning to make the hot days and nights comfortable. It also had comfortable beds and linen. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay!

The location for this property is second-to-none. Literally cross the road and you are on the sand, and it’s an easy 800 metre walk to cafes and convenience stores. The property itself was perfect for us (2 families of 4), and had all the conveniences we needed- the air conditioning kept us nice and cool and the coffee machine was appreciated!! Mary was very accommodating and made everything as easy as possible. Thank you - we will be back!!

Better than chocolate and good for the soul

I was so happy with this accommodation. The host Mary was wonderful. She had so many kind offerings in the home. I was craving Greek coffee and opened a cupboard and there it was. Netflix, internet, balcony, the beach across the road, comfortable beds, air-conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, Henley Square a 10 minute walk and I discovered Strong Pilates too. Mary provides so much for her guests. Can't wait to return. Best stay ever!

Stayed during the LIV tournament

I don't know Adelaide well, but I am so glad I stayed here. The location was great. We were just across the road from the beach and around a 12 minute stroll to the local shops. There was a bus stop right outside, but we didn't experience any issues with noise. The property was roomy and it was great as a family to be able to use the laundry facilities. We were over for LIV golf and it was around a $12 uber ride to the grange. I would live to come back for Liv next year.
