Welcome to The Meadow House! This bright and cozy modern home is nestled in one of the most coveted locations in Prince Edward County. We offer the luxury experience you deserve to truly relax and unwind. We are Air Bnb Super Hosts rated in the top 5% of properties on the platform.
Centered among the best wineries, breweries, restaurants, shops as well as a 5 minute drive to North Beach, or a quick drive or bike ride to Wellington and The Drake Devonshire, our guests can experience all that The County has to offer with ease.
The Meadow House was built in 2015 with idea of creating an elegant, eco-friendly oasis in The County. The deliberate placement of the building on the property allows for guests to enjoy all-day sun, no matter what season, including beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets from the outdoor patio that can only be experienced in the countryside. The natural heat and brightness of the sun help warm The Meadow House through the winter, as well as brighten our living space, therefore using less energy throughout the year.
Inside, The Meadow House has a modern feel, with radiant-heated polished cement floors, large picture windows and an open floorplan to allow for easy socialization no matter if you're in the kitchen, finishing some e-mails at the dining room table or lounging in front of the fire. The outdoor lounge and dining area are perfect for a BBQ on a summer evening and taking in the unobstructed view of the sunset over the farmland.
The art in the space was expertly curated by local artist Christine Flynn and Ashley Montgomery.

We are four friends that like to travel together and enjoy Prince Edward County and our oasis. We work in Toronto in customer service and hospitality and want to ensure our guests always have the luxury experience we ourselves desire when travelling, and enjoy our oasis just as we do!
Why they chose this property
Hillier is a prime location in Prince Edward County. Only two hours from Toronto, we are surrounded by wineries and breweries within a 5 minute drive, we are 10 minutes from Wellington, Wander the Resort, The Drake Devonshire and many other restaurants and bars. Bloomfield is 15 minutes, and Picton is 20-25 minutes. One of our favourite spots is North Beach which is only 5 minutes from our oasis!
