The County Stay - Bloomfield

Welcome to this brand new 3 bedroom stay in the heart of The County! You will love the location of this home with fields in every direction yet only 8 minutes to the wineries of the region! Two vehicle Provincial Park passes are for your use during your stay. Relax and enjoy the views from the hot tub on the private patio.

This beautiful open concept home is brand new and features a gourmet kitchen with massive island! There are 3 king size bedrooms with a beautiful 3 piece bath and additional powder room.

Relax and enjoy the views outside on the private patio with bbq, hot tub, fire pit and owners supply the firewood! Blankets and robes are also provided.

Kindly note the property owner is on the same grounds but very much stays out of guests space unless assistance is required.

Guests will have access to the entire space.
Other things to note
The County Stay is located five mins to Wellington, 10 mins to Bloomfield and 15 mins to Picton. You will be centrally located to many wineries, breweries, distilleries, Sandbanks Beach, North Beach and many shops for your pleasure.
* There is an exterior camera on the end of the owners house facing the VRBO driveway.

Quiet hours in The County are 10pm - 8:00am Smoking/Vaping is allowed outside only. Extinguished all butts in sand pail on porch, then in garbage.

Attended a wedding at Brighthouse Farms

Our stay was so relaxing allowing us to enjoy a busy wedding so peacefully. We enjoyed family time, had hot tubs, and caught up with family. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property is in the county with sweeping views. The backyard has a firepit, hot tub, and covered patio. There is everything you need to relax both inside and out. We used it as a base for touring wineries in the area and shopping. A short drive to everything we wanted to do. Yes, it is really as nice as in the online photos.

We had a lovely stay at the County Stay! The space is beautiful. Upon walking in you are welcomed with a large open concept living room and kitchen space. We came to celebrate our friend getting married. This place was central to all the distilleries, winery and brewery that we hit on our tour. Tanya was a great host and was kind enough to leave delicious apple fritters at arrival! We definitely recommend staying at the County Stay!

Great getaway spot!

This property is relatively new and is in a great location to discover what Prince Edward County has to offer. This accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, including a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig with pods, kettle and even an air fryer!! You have access to a bbq, a fire pit, stocked with wood and a hot tub! Beds are comfy, towels and robes provided, cozy blankets were available if needed, lots of space in the house to enjoy each other's company and it is super, super clean. Tanya, your host, is on property but this accommodation is very private. Highly recommended mmend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful long weekend!! I can not say enough good thing about this VRBO. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. All you need to bring is food and clothes. Everything else is provided for you. Hot tub was the perfect tempature. Fire pit had plenty of wood. Close to wineries, cideries and the beach. It is in the center of everything. We will be back!!

If we could add five more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we would. Immaculate, well stocked, and full of luxurious “extras”. We zipped to the county to watch the Solar Eclipse, checked into the property and didn’t leave. It is comfortable, clean and ideal for a fun adventure. Well located, easily accessible and close to everything, this property becomes “home” before even putting down your bags. Cannot recommend more highly.

My husband was born and raised in Prince Edward County and I moved here from Toronto when I was three years old. We raised our two daughters in the County and we wouldn't have had it any other way!

Why they chose this property

We chose our property for the large private parcel of land and after living here for some years we decided to build another house to host others so they can enjoy the large open space as well.

What makes this property unique

This house is perfect for family/friends to get together in a large open space where everyone can congregate together. It is centrally located to wineries, distilleries, breweries, amazing restaurants and shops. It is very private with amazing sunsets and if you're lucky you may even see some deer and wild turkeys in the field!
