This ideal holiday stay at "Palm Court", Bestman Avenue, Bongaree. built in the 80s, is a vibe. Presented in superb condition with an unexpected spacious layout , this 2 level, 3 bedroom 160sqm townhome (air conditioned in bedroom and living areas) has an abundance of features including:

• Entry with internal access from the garage, 1 x double bedroom (queen bed), kitchenette (with washer/dryer), bathroom, family room (with a double sofa bed) and alfresco patio area to enjoy the common garden area.
Upper level –
• 2 x double bedrooms (queen bed in primary & 2 single (twin) beds in the second bedroom), bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen, open plan dining/living room and a covered balcony off large primary bedroom.
It is an easy walk to the local shopping centre and the beautiful Pumicestone Passage.
