Great place to stay for our family of six. Had a great ping pong tournament and nice evenings by the fire pit. Close to so many things. Large TVs and enough seating for all. Highly recommend!

Great home to stay at

My wife and I stayed with our dog. The place was very pet friendly. The backyard was nice with seating, a fire pit. The bathrooms were trendy and included nice stone and a cool shower head. Overall very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood

Comfortable 3 bedroom home. The beds were comfy and there are ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Nice yard with chairs around a firepit

Location is great! Close to everything. The house was spacious had plenty of room for 4 adults. Living room sectional was super comfy and allowed us to relax. Beds were ok. Water pressure was really nice. The onky knock I would give the place is we were looking forward to the patio and it was filthy. But overall this was a good experience!

We were unsuccessful for three days trying to contact the host or their representative about a question. We never received a response.We stayed there because it was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. There is a hole in the fence that allowed the neighbors dog to stick his nose through. We had to put a lawn chair up against the fence to protect our dogs. Lights were burned out in the kitchen. The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication from the property management.

After sharing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to provide the following:- We weren’t able to locate any messages aside from a late check-out request, but we’ll continue to review communication channels to ensure nothing is missed in the future.- We will double-check the fencing to make sure pets can safely enjoy the yard without concern.- Any burnt-out bulbs in the kitchen have been replaced to ensure everything is well-lit for future guests.We’re sorry for any frustration you experienced, and we’ll continue improving to make sure future guests enjoy both the home and a smooth experience.

The home did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was dust on the fan blades that had been there for some time, the patio table and chairs were so dirty that we chose not to even sit outside which was a bummer and the floor was extremely sticky throughout like it had not been rinsed properly. The light above the sink was out which was not a huge deal but had been mentioned in a previous review and was not addressed before our stay so that was a sign of not taking care of issues that were already brought to their attention. When you pay for cleaning fees, you expect the owner to use them for a reputable cleaning company and I do not feel this was the case. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. I do hope they read this and just clean a little better before the next guest arrives but it did fit our needs and was comfortable.

We clean between every guest and make it a point to address all issues that have been mentioned by previous guests.The light you mentioned burns out at random times. It's very windy in Amarillo, and the dust seems to accumulate no matter how much you clean and dust. This is something we notice on the outdoor furniture, even after we've wiped everything down in a matter of minutes.We appreciate your feedback, and are glad the house, other than the small issues, worked great for your stay.
