Modern, bright, clean, fully self-contained 1 bedroom apartment with private balcony. Situated right on the lakeside with uninterrupted views of the mountains and lake. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your Queenstown holiday.

The Space:
Lakeside Gem has a separate double bedroom with a luxurious super-king bed, bathroom and laundry. The living area includes a brand new fully equipped kitchen, dining table, lounge chairs and smart TV. The apartment also comes with a free private car park.

Guest Access:
Free wifi and a smart TV with free to air channels, Netflix and Chromecast. Easy access to the Queenstown trail, private beach and water taxi service

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful, lakeside location, just above the Queenstown cycle and walking trail and away from the main road. The apartment is in an apartment block, and is on the second level with an apartment above and below.
There is a great restaurant and bar at the Sherwood hotel across the road, and at the Boat shed cafe not far along the Queenstown Trail towards Frankton.

Getting Around:
Take a taxi or local bus service along Frankton Road, walk along the Queenstown trail, or water taxi.

Other Things to Note:
This property is self check-in. We will message you the access instructions and the lockbox code. Please can you also leave the key in the lockbox when you depart.

Million dollar view.Only gripe was the strong smell of asain food in unit on arrival but after airing out unit no issue.Bed was also not very comfortable.Would stay here again.
