Great location!
The owner was great with communication when I contacted them on the app. The listing is slightly deceiving, though. It says the house sleeps 12. We had 11 in our party and had to have 3 to a bed/futon in some rooms. I would say it sleeps 9 (and a baby). There were not enough towels for everyone in our party (I think we were provided with 5 total). The owner did respond to my message and said the cleaners locked them in the supply closet, but that was of no help to us. There were no robes or fully stocked refreshment area in the game room (both are advertised on their listing). Also, the water faucets are backwards in some of the rooms, so once you're aware of this, it's fine, but I took a cold shower before we figured this out. Some of the furniture is in need of repair (the couch in the living room). All that being said, the location is perfect for a walk down the main street and it's conveniently located about a block from a grocery store. I would recommend this house if you have 9 people or less and stairs are not an issue.
