Enter using a private door code and be greeted by soft hues and beach decor. The two secondary bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, are located at the front of the condo, as well as a full size bathroom, which is accessible from the queen bedroom as well as the hall, and a large laundry room. The open concept living spaces create the perfect setting for memory making including the kitchen which has everything you need to make your favorite foods and drinks, and a countertop bar which is a great place to chat with the cook and enjoy a meal. Enjoy great meals as well as fun games and engaging conversations at the dining table for six. The large sectional in the living room will provide a comfortable seat for everyone to relax with their favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
