- Large Sofa; streaming cable TV
- Dining table w/ seating for 4; Barstool seating for 6 at kitchen counter.
- French doors open to the front balcony w/ chair seating & gas BBQ grill
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All major and small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom #1: 1 King bed; streaming cable TV; en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed; streaming cable TV

Laundry area is in the garage. Guests must provide their own supplies.

1-2 spaces in the garage. Small to mid-size vehicles. Larger vehicles may not fit in the garage. Rear alley access

Ideally situated just north of the Newport Pier and its attractions, yet far enough away from the congestion. The beach and ocean access is perfect for guests of all ages to safely enjoy ocean recreation all year long. Directly out front, the famed Boardwalk bike and walking path provides the best thoroughfare to get around town without a car, it affords the best of people-watching from the comfort of the upper balcony and front patio. But the best entertainment of all is watching the magical Pacific Ocean and its ever-changing portrait any time of year.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
