Our oceanfront Newport Beach vacation home is a true gem, with multiple levels of comfort (all with breathtaking ocean views) and a feeling of serenity and privacy. The highly coveted pier pier-to-pier location and spectacular Pacific Ocean views make this home a memorable destination that draws vacationers back year after year! Here is what you will find:

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOME, LIKE MANY IN THE AREA, DOES NOT HAVE A/C.
NOTE: The fireplace in the living room and primary bedroom is not operational. The jacuzzi tub in the primary en-suite bathroom is also not operational.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin rollaway beds (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Two tandem spaces. One space in the garage, and the other in the carport (left side of the property only).
LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access to Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling, and sightseeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world-famous Christmas Boat Parade.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations of fewer than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
